Billie (Anderson) Beard

Billie Beard, of Grapeland, was called home on Thursday, the 21st day of November, 2019.  She passed away at her home, in the loving arms of her family, at the age of 86.  Mrs. Beard was born on the 4th day of June, 1933, in Lufkin, Texas, to Emery Anderson and Winnie Sheffield Anderson. 
Mrs. Beard was a faithful Christian and member of Lake Baptist Church.  She was a devoted housewife who raised four kids and wasn’t afraid of helping her husband on the farm.  Mrs. Beard had a loving, kind spirit and will be missed by many.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Emery and Winnie Anderson; husband, Frank Beard; and a daughter, Shelia McLean.
Mrs. Beard is survived by her daughter, Sandra Beard of Grapeland; sons, Randy Beard and Shelley of Grapeland, Steven Beard and Lesia Rounsavall of Grapeland; grandchildren, Jeff Bobbitt and Tabitha, Jeri Lively and Randy, Jeremy Bobbitt and Dillis Ann, Ryan Bobbitt, Stephanie Ellisor and Darryl, Lee Beard and Jeanette, Ross Beard, Ashley Stanfield and Bryan, Vance Beard and Myranda, Tiffany MacManus, Melanie Howard, Cindy Liles and Tera Wade; and several great-grandchildren.
Graveside services for Billie Beard are to be conducted at three o’clock in the afternoon on Saturday, the 23rd day of November, 2019 at Evergreen Cemetery in Crockett, Texas, with Bro. John Goss officiating.  
Graveside services for Billie Beard are in care of Rhone Funeral Home, 3900 S. State Highway 19, Palestine, Texas.
