Diane Lynn (Dobbs) Wagner

Dianna “Diane” Lynn Wagner, age 59, of Frankston, went home to be in the loving arms of Jesus on Sunday, the 21st day of October, 2018.  She was born in Palestine, Texas to J.D. “Buck” Loyall Dobbs and Shirley Dobbs on the 30th day of March, 1959.  Diane was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.  Her grandkids were her pride and joy.  She had a generous and kind heart that touched the lives of many.  Diane enjoyed fishing and gardening, especially in her vegetable garden.  She attended the Clearview Church in Troup and walked closely with the Lord, knowing one day he would call her home.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Buck and Shirley Dobbs.

Diane is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Ricky Wagner; daughter, Amanda Stiver and husband Bobby of Frankston, Texas; sisters, Debbie Knight and husband Danny of Gilmer, Texas, Becky Hardin of Kyle, Texas; brother, Timothy Dobbs of Lake Palestine; grandchildren, Michael Wagner, Jaysa Stiver, Mckinsey Stiver and Allysa Stiver.  She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and other family members.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from six o’clock until eight o’clock in the evening on Thursday, the 25th day of October, 2018 in the Reflection Room and Parlor of Rhone Funeral Home. 

A celebration of Dianna Lynn Wagner’s life will be conducted at two o’clock in the afternoon on Friday, the 26th day of October, 2018 in the Rhone Memorial Chapel with Chris Wilkins officiating.  Interment will follow in Flint Cemetery.

Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Michael Wagner, Sr., Michael Wagner, Jr., Cody Wagner, Shane Rhone, Larry Rhone and Jimmy Gatlin.
