Louise S. Rosengren, of Palestine, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, the 2nd day of August, 2018. Mrs. Rosengren passed away at Palestine Regional Medical Center at the age of 90. She was born in Nacogdoches, Texas to William Jackson Simmons and Mattie Lee Briley Simmons on the 5th day of August, 1927. Mrs. Rosengren was retired from General Electric and a faithful Christian. She will be missed by everyone who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Mattie Simmons; husband, Kenneth Rosengren; and brothers, John Simmons, Ray Simmons and Joel Simmons.
Mrs. Rosengren is survived by her sisters, Linda Glynn of Pasadena, Texas, Juanita Bird of Frankston, Texas, Faye Smith of Houston, Texas, Jackie Mudd of Deer Park, Texas; brothers, James Simmons of Frankston, Texas, Karl Simmons of Fredericksburg, Texas. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Louise S. Rosengren will be conducted at two o’clock in the afternoon on Saturday, the 4th day of August, 2018 in the Rhone Memorial Chapel with Rev. Paul Jacks officiating.
Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family one hour prior to the service at Rhone Funeral Home.
Mrs. Rosengren will be entombed in the Paradise Memorial Gardens in Scottsdale, Arizona at half past ten o’clock in the morning on Wednesday, the 8th day of August, 2018.
