Margaret Ferguson, age 88, of Palestine, passed away from this life into the presence of our Lord and Savior on Friday, the 19th day of July, 2019, at Brookdale Senior Living in Palestine. She was born on the 29th day of May, 1931, in San Antonio, Texas.
Mrs. Ferguson had a spicy spirit and her own sense of humor. She enjoyed shopping and spending time with her family, especially her kids and grandkids.
She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Irvin Angermiller.
Mrs. Ferguson is survived by her husband of 66 years, Jerry Ferguson; daughters, Deborah Dewey and husband Rene of Cypress, Texas, Denise Townsend and husband Craig of Kingwood, Texas, Diane Rybak and husband Wayne of Houston, Texas; sisters, Dora Fehlis, Thelma Wolfe, Alma Skeleton; grandchildren, Candace Herter, Kyle Rybak, Jordan Townsend, Moriah Gienger, Nathan Townsend and Anna Townsend; great grandchildren, Quinn Herter, Kayleigh Rybak and Ryan Rybak. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service to celebrate Mrs. Ferguson’s life will be conducted at two o’clock in the afternoon on Wednesday, the 24th day of July, 2019 in the Rhone Memorial Chapel with Reverend Michael Gienger officiating.
