Roger Hubbard Harris

Roger Hubbard Harris, age 75, of Neches and formerly of Dallas, passed away on Monday, the 8th day of January, 2018 at his residence.  He was born on the 7th day of September, 1942 in Dallas, Texas to Roger Alexander Harris and Mary Hubbard Harris.  Roger was a graduate of Washburn University in Kansas and a faithful member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Palestine.

Roger is preceded in death by his parents, Roger and Mary Harris and grandparents, J. B. and Pauline Hubbard.  He is survived by his brother, Bill and Carol Harris of Bullard, Texas.

A memorial service and celebration of Roger Hubbard Harris’s life will be conducted at ten o’clock in the morning on Saturday, the 13th day of January, 2018 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Palestine with Reverend David L. Adler officiating.  A private family interment will follow in Neches Cemetery.

In lieu of customary remembrances, memorial contributions in Roger Harris’s memory can be directed toward Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 1515 Loop 256, Palestine, Texas 75801.
