Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, Barbara Juaniece Henry, of Chandler, Texas, was called home to her loving Lord and Savior on Saturday, the 6th day of February 2021. She passed away peacefully at the age of 63. Juaniece was born in Palestine, Texas, on the 13th day of July 1957, to parents William Edward Bentley and Mary Ann England Bentley.
Juaniece was a devout Christian with a strong faith in the Lord and member of Pleasant Hills Baptist Church in Tyler. She would be best described as a kind and loving lady with a generous and pure heart. She absolutely loved her fellow man and would do anything to help someone in need. Her family was her heart, and she was happiest when they could all spend time together. If you knew Juaniece, then you knew her grandchildren put the sparkle in her eyes. Juaniece was a talented artist and writer. She created numerous illustrations and published a children’s book during her lifetime.
Juaniece Henry will live on in the lives of her husband, Mike Henry; mother, Mary Ann Bentley; her children, Eric Huffman and wife Jennifer, Jenifer DeFreece and husband Richard DeFreece, Jr., and Julie Henry; sisters, Geneva Goodman and husband Tim, Tamie Armstrong, and Tina Abatayo and husband Dean. She also leaves behind eleven grandchildren and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Juaniece is preceded in death by her father, William Bentley and brother, Curtis Bentley.
A celebration of life service to honor Juaniece Henry is to be conducted at three o’clock in the afternoon, on Friday, the 12th day of February 2021 at Evangelistic Temple with Bro. Jason Harris and Danny Rodriquez officiating.
