Beckham Knox Hughes, of Palestine, Texas, an angel taken too soon, graced our world with his presence on Thursday, the 4th day of July 2024, and on that very same day, he returned to the heavens. Beckham was born at Trinity Mother Frances Hospital in Tyler, Texas, encompassed by his family and an extensive amount of love. Born to parents Micheal and Casandra Hughes, Beckham's time on earth was brief, yet he was cherished deeply.
Beckham’s arrival was eagerly anticipated, and his departure was met with heavy hearts. Despite the shortness of his stay, Beckham's impact was profound, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of his family. In his short time on earth, Beckham's gentle spirit touched his family deeply. The love they felt for him was as limitless as the sky on the day of his birth—a love that will continue to grow and resonate throughout their lives. Beckham's family, though faced with profound sorrow, finds comfort in the knowledge that his time with them, however brief, was filled with tenderness and affection.
He joins his grandfathers, Gary Hughes, John McLean, and brother, Micheal Hughes, Jr. in Heaven.
Beckham leaves behind his loving parents, Micheal and Casi Hughes, who envisioned a world of possibilities and happiness for their son. His grandparents, Barbara Hughes, Larry Martin, and Barbara McLean, along with his step-grandmother, Connie Chang, will remember Beckham with fondness and enduring love. His siblings, Lilly Martinez, Kiana Rodriguez, Haleigh Hughes, Jordan Alford, and Brycen Hughes, will forever cherish the connection they shared with their brother, however brief it may have been.
Family and friends united in love and sorrow will gather to celebrate Beckham's life. The memorial service, filled with remembrance and hope, will be held at two o'clock in the afternoon on Saturday, the 3rd day of August 2024, at Trinity Church in Palestine, Texas.
