Dick Webb

Richard "Dick"  Wayne Webb, age 33, of Palestine, Texas, passed away on Sunday, December 8th, 2019.  He was born on the 28th day of June, 1986, in Azle, Texas, to Kenneth Dale Webb and Stephanie Zipperer Willms.

Dick was a graduate of Elkhart High School and worked for Basic Energy Services.  He was full of life and loved to make people laugh; playing jokes on friends was one of his favorite pastimes.  Dick enjoyed hunting and spending time outdoors.  He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.  

He is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Webb, grandmother, Marta Zipperer, and grandparents Juanita and Wayne Webb.

Dick is survived by his wife, Jamie Crutcher Webb; daughter, Heaven Nichole Webb; son, Kenneth Wayne Webb; parents, Stephanie and John Willms of Waxahachie, Texas; grandfather, Richard Zipperer of Hurst, Texas; in-laws, Kathy and Kenny Bridges of Wills Point, Texas, Jimmy and Cecelia Crutcher of Palestine, Texas; sisters, Kerri and husband Chris Cooper, Kendra and husband Willie Osmer; brothers, Preston Willms and wife Kaci, and Ahren Willms.  He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, one great niece, one great nephew and multiple aunts, uncles and cousins. 

A funeral service to celebrate the life of Dick Webb is to be conducted at two o’clock in the afternoon on Wednesday, the 11th day of December, 2019, in the Rhone Memorial Chapel with Pastor Phil Chamberlin officiating.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family one hour prior to the start of service.  Immediately following the service, all are invited to greet the family during a reception in the Rhone Reflection Room.

Honorary pallbearers will be Dewayne Totten, Craig Hammack, Preston Willms, Ahren Willms, Gary Holcomb, David Reeder and Rider McCully.

The family will have a private interment at a later date.
