Edrie Loya Obituary
Edrie Robirdie Loya, age 80, of Crockett, Texas, left this world for her eternal home in Heaven with our loving Lord and Savior on Friday, the 9th day of December 2022. Mrs. Loya was born in Memphis, Tennessee on the 21st day of January 1942 to parents William and Sally Williams.
Mrs. Loya was a loving and caring woman who adored her family and friends. She loved spending time with her family, playing cards and various board games. Before retiring, Mrs. Loya was a parts inspector for various motor companies throughout her career. She was a dedicated Christian of the Baptist faith and loved the Lord dearly. Mrs. Loya will be greatly missed.
She is preceded in death by her parents William and Sally Williams; husband, Herbert Loya; daughters, Maryanne and Debbie; sister, Amellia and her brother, Albert.
Left to cherish Mrs. Loya’s memory are her son, Roy Langford; daughter, Donna Blackerby and husband Jay; grandchildren, Patricia Elliott and husband Curt, Allicia Walker and husband Eric, Cassi Cagle, Stephanie Langford, Jeremie Blackerby and wife Sarah, Micheal Blackerby, JT Trusty and wife Nichol, and Jared Langford. She is also survived by her great grandchildren, Annastasia White, Alexandria Cagle, Adaline Cagle, Jayce Blackerby, Ash Blackerby, Alexis Walker, Abbigale Walker, and a host of other family and friends.
The family will hold a private celebration of life service to honor Mrs. Loya at a later date.
Cremation services for Edrie Robirdie Loya are in care of Rhone Funeral Home, 3900 S. State Highway 19, Palestine, Texas.
