Jacqueline Webb

Jacqueline Marie Webb, age 70, of Palestine, Texas, passed on to her eternal home in Heaven on Saturday, the 18th day of February 2023.  Ms. Webb was born in Waco, Texas, on the 26th of October 1952 to parents Ralph Owen Black and Rachel Black Green. 

Ms. Webb was a loving witty woman who adored her family. She was the rock of the family. Once her grandchildren were born, a new love developed, and she absolutely delighted in the role as a grandmother. Her main goal was spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.  Ms. Webb loved playing bingo. She found much joy in reading and country dancing. Ms. Webb holds a special place in many hearts and will never be forgotten.

Ms. Webb joins in Heaven her parents, Ralph Black and Rachel Green; husband, Jerry Lynn Webb; and sister Pauline Dagley.

Left to cherish the wonderful memories of Ms. Webb are her daughters, Rachelle Wilson and husband Norman, and Allisha Jones; son, Brandon Jones; sisters, Cynthia Farmer, Vivian Ferrell and husband Jeffrey, Barbara Permenter, Sharon Sullinger, and Rosemary Black; brothers, Russell Black, Donald Permenter, Ralph Black, and Mike Black. She also leaves behind several grandchildren, great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.

A graveside service to honor the life of Jacqueline Webb is to be conducted at two o’clock in the afternoon, on Thursday, the 23rd day of February 2023, at Waco Memorial Park, 6623 I-35, Robinson, TX 76706 .
