Joane Shubert, of Cleburne, Texas, a devoted mother and a loyal friend, left this world on the 20th day of March 2025, at the age of 79. She was born on the 27th day of February 1946, in Knox County, Texas, to parents Leroy Shubert and Lola Belle Morrow Shubert. Ms. Shubert spent her early years in the warm embrace of her hometown, where she developed the values that would guide her throughout her life. She was known for her dependability; always the one to lend a helping hand or provide encouragement to those who needed it. Her nurturing spirit and her compassionate nature were evident in everything she did, and she became a beloved mother figure not only to her own children but to countless others who were fortunate to know her.
Ms. Shubert had a zest for life that was contagious. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, taking long walks and spending time with her family. When she was younger, swimming was another passion of hers, a way for her to unwind and relish the refreshing embrace of water. Ms. Shubert also had a flair for shopping, and many fond memories were created as she explored the latest trends with her loved ones by her side. Her evenings often revolved around her favorite pastime: watching television. She was an avid fan of soap operas, Hallmark movies, and the beloved series, "The Golden Girls."
Ms. Shubert was not just dependable, but she always made those around her feel valued and cherished. Her nurturing spirit shaped the lives of many, and the warmth of her love will forever be etched into the hearts of those who knew her.
Ms. Shubert is preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Patsy.
She is survived by her family and countless friends who will miss her dearly. She leaves behind her daughter Judy Stanton and fiancé Bobby Seat; sons, Ronnie Renz and wife Vickie, Joe Jones, Jr., and Ricky Jones and wife Lisa; sisters, Peggy Lee, Joyce Ann, and Daisey. Also, left to cherish the memoires are her six grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Cremation services for Joane Shubert are in care of Rhone Funeral Home, 3900 S. State Highway 19, Palestine, Texas.
