John Michael Armstrong

John Michael Armstrong, age 31, of Weches, passed away on the 20th day of November, 2019, after being involved in an automobile accident.  He was born on the 29th day of October, 1988, in Jacksonville, Texas, to Michael Armstrong and Glennie Bridges Armstrong.

John was self employed and worked in the construction industry.  He had a love for cars, whether it be driving or working on them.  He was a loving and caring person with a humorous and bright personality.    

John is survived by his wife, Amy Armstrong; mother, Glennie Cannon and husband Joe of Elkhart; father, Michael Armstrong and wife Stormy of Palestine; daughters, Emmy Harrington and Eden Harrington; sisters, Jane Armstrong, Alexis Collins and Barbara Hunt.  He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.

A funeral service to celebrate John’s life will be conducted at two o’clock in the afternoon on Monday, the 25th day of November, 2019 in the Rhone Memorial Chapel with Marty Nash officiating.
