John Escue Obituary
John Braswell Escue, age 67, passed into the waiting, loving arms of his savior Jesus Christ on February 5, 2021, at his home in Elkhart, Texas. Born May 6, 1953, in San Angelo, Texas to Irven Lee Escue and Iva Retta Braswell Escue. He graduated from Lakeview High School in 1972 and attended Angelo State University.
He is survived by his wife of forty years, Virginia Eggleston Escue of Elkhart, Texas; son, Aric Escue and wife Dianne; grandchildren, Robert, Ryan (Whitney), Brittany, Taylor, Ricky, Lauren and Sofia; great grandchildren, Emma, Jack, Olivia and Beau; brothers, Fred (Teresa) of Eden, Texas and Glenn (Janice) Escue of College Station, Texas; and numerous nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by his father and mother.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
Cremation services are in care of Rhone Funeral Home, 3900 S. State Highway 19, Palestine, Texas.
