John "Eddie" Edward Riddle, Jr.

John Edward “Eddie” Riddle, Jr. was born in Palestine, Texas on the 16th of June 1985 and passed into eternal life on Monday, the 7th of August 2023, following a brief illness. In his final hours he was surrounded by family, love, and reverence. He was 38 years of age.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Alice Dickson, and his paternal grandfather Harold Riddle.

Eddie is survived by his parents, John and Marie Riddle; maternal grandfather, Fred Dickson; paternal grandmother, Alice Riddle, and his sister, Stacy Riddle. He also leaves behind his children, Angel, Loretta, Maggie, Anna Bell, Cameron, and Ian Riddle; fiancé, Jessica Quinoneze, and her children, Carlos Smith, Tristian Smith, and Joshua Smith; and his stepchildren, Silas Barber and Dakota Barber. Eddie also left behind numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends who will miss him dearly.

Eddie was an outdoor enthusiast who loved riding his motorcycle and working on cars. He was a man full of energy, always ready to lend a hand or share a laugh. Eddie's love for his children was evident in everything he did, and he cherished every moment spent with them.

His loyal dog was never far from his side, and their bond was a testament to Eddie's caring nature. Eddie was a man of courage who faced life's challenges head-on. He will be deeply missed.

Services will be held privately for his family.
