Linda Sue (Wilson) Clark

Linda Sue Clark, of Elkhart, Texas, passed away peacefully on Sunday the 22nd day of June 2025, at the age of 83. Born on the 2nd day of March 1942, in Elkhart, Texas, Linda was the cherished daughter of Frank D. Wilson and Evelyn Brown.

Linda's faith was a vital part of her life, and she cherished her church family as much as her own. Her voice was a staple in the church choir, where she sang with joy and love for the Lord. Her presence in the choir was not just about the music but also about the fellowship and the shared devotion that she so valued.

A few of her passions throughout her life were sewing and gardening. Linda loved to keep her garden looking top notch and she was very creative with her sewing skills. An avid collector of glassware and dishes, Linda had an eye for beauty and a knack for finding the most unique and exquisite pieces.

She is preceded in death by her parents Frank and Evelyn Wilson; husband, Louie Dean Clark; daughters, Kristy Stasel and Jennenne Sherman; sisters, Charlise Duncan and Gwendaline Tooms; sister-in-law; Kathy Wilson and Tamra Wilson; and brothers, Billy D. Wilson, Jerry Wilson, and Dwight Wilson.

Linda's passing leaves a void in the hearts of her family and friends, but her spirit remains a guiding light. She is survived by her loving sisters, Janella Brittian (Richard) and Cindy Burnstien (David); her brothers, Ronnie Wilson and Philip Wilson; grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a host of other family members and friends who were blessed to know her.

Graveside services to honor the life of Linda Clark are to be conducted at ten o’clock in the morning on Friday, the 27th day of June 2025, at Garden of Memories in Elkhart, Texas. Bro. John Rushing will be officiating the service.
