Rhonda Lea Phillips

In loving memory of Rhonda Lea Phillips, age 70, of Grapeland, Texas, who peacefully passed away in her home on September 12, 2024.  She was preceded by her parents, Thomas O’dell Kulbeth and Billie Sue Kulbeth; her sister, Susan Renee Lovell; son-in-law, Christopher Todd Smith and granddaughter, River Grace Smith.  She is survived by her husband, Thomas Morgan Phillips; her son, Billy May; her daughter, Sarah Smith and husband Craig Smith; her daughter, Rebecca Smith; her daughter, Laci Phillips and Thomas Flowers; her grandchildren, Ethan Smith, Raylynn Smith, Jaxton Smith, Jaron Lail, Lilyanne Flowers, and many other loved ones.
