Rosemary (Crook) Foster

Rosemary Foster, age 92, of Frankston, Texas, left this life for her eternal home in Glory on Saturday, the 2nd day of April 2022.  Mrs. Foster was born on the 8th day of February 1930, in East Providence, Rhode Island, to parents Raymond and Winifred Crook.

Mrs. Foster, formerly of Lubbock, Texas, moved to Frankston after the passing of her husband to be closer to her kids. She enjoyed the time she was able to spend with her family.  Mrs. Foster loved animals, especially dogs and elephants. In her spare time, she enjoyed working crossword puzzles.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Winifred Crook; her husband, Cecil “Lee” Foster; and four siblings, Margie Crook, John Crook, David Crook, and Audrey Levesque.

Mrs. Foster leaves behind her daughter, Laura Ann Foster of McKinney, Texas; sons, Michael Lee Foster and wife Wendy of Frankston, Texas, Raymond Parks Foster of Plano, Texas; grandchildren, Andrew Christopher Eason, Michelle Leigh Foster, and Candace Dianne Mahaffey; and great grandchildren, Wyatt James Mahaffey, Lillie Dianne Mahaffey, Audrey, Anderson, Steven, and Theodore Eason.

A memorial service to honor Rosemary Foster’s life will be held at a later date at St. Stephens Episcopal Church in Lubbock, Texas.

In lieu of customary remembrances, memorials in Mrs. Foster’s memory can be directed towards any local animal shelter or Endangered Ark Foundation www.endangeredarkfoundation.org.

Cremation services for Rosemary Foster are in care of Rhone Funeral Home, 3900 S. State Highway 19, Palestine, Texas.
