Vance Edward Turman, of Palestine, passed away on Monday, the 13th of April 2026, in Tyler, Texas. He was 60 years of age. Mr. Turman was born in Palestine, Texas, on the 29th of August 1965, to Opal (Minton) and Morris Turman.
