Born on September 13, 1935, in Eagle Lake, Texas, Velma lived a life marked by faith, love, and devotion to her family and community. She will be remembered for her kindness, strength, and the lasting impact she made on those who knew her.

The family will gather for a private graveside service at Palestine City Cemetery.
