Steven "Bubba" Anthony Nolen

Steven “Bubba” Anthony Nolen passed away on Wednesday, the 9th day of August, 2017, at his home in Elkhart, Texas. He was 31 years of age.  Bubba was born in Houston, Texas on the 7th day of May, 1986 to Anthony Lynn Nolen and Ginger Pender.  Bubba had a personality bigger than life.  He loved to tell jokes and make people laugh.  Bubba also had a passion for fishing and loved to fix things around the house. 

Bubba Nolen is preceded in death by his father, Anthony Lynn Nolen. 

Bubba is survived by his mother, Ginger Nolen; grandmother, Sandra Jones; daughter, Kenzley Nolen; sisters, Jessica Nolen, Brittney Nolen and fiancé Ricky Luff, Taylor Nolen, Kristina Humphrey; brother, Jerry Nolen; nieces, Milee Nolen and Chloe Nolen; nephews, Jerry Nolen Jr., Eli Nolen and Hayden Luff; uncle, Toby Nolen; aunts, Amber Nolen and Tammy Smith; Robin and Roger Grabs, Edwin Delcastillo and numerous family members and friends.

Friends are cordially invited for a visitation with the family from two o’clock until three o’clock in the afternoon on Wednesday, the 16th of August in the Rhone Memorial Chapel.

The funeral service will be conducted following the visitation at three o’clock in the afternoon on Wednesday, the 16th of August, 2017 also in the Rhone Memorial Chapel. Bro. Jef Sellars will officiate.  At the family’s request Bubba will be cremated following the funeral service.

 Honorary Pallbearers are Marshall Anderson, Rolando Pena, Arthur Collier and Landry Atnip.
